Slip deferrizating device “DL40”

These device deferrize slips and liquid products in general, by using a primary magnetic drum immersed in the product from which it removes the ferromagnetic particles contained.

The auxiliary magnetic roller attracts the ferromagnetic particles collected by the primary roller and discharges them in to a special box.The combination of the two rollers allows the continuos deferrization of hight-denswityproducts without loosing any product during the automatic cleaning phase,

The DL40 is composed of:

Self-supporting casing frame fully made up of AISI 304
stainless steel AISI 304, with characteristics:

  • Loading tank with downflow adjusting gate
  • Semicircular sector to seat the magnetic drum
  • Double sides to seat the mechanical organs,all mounted outside the tank
  • Magnetic drum made up of stainless steel provided with neodymium magnets
  • Auxiliary slow-motion roller continually cleaned by a scraper.
  • Ferromagnetic parts discharge chute
  • Gearmotor mounted outside the structure

CARATTERISTICHE:

  • Struttura in acciaio;
  • Tramoggia di carico in ABS ;
  • Tutte le parti a contatto del prodotto sono realizzate in acciaio inox AISI 304;
  • Raccordo di ingresso materiale sulla parte inferiore;
  • Tramoggia di scarico;
  • Corpo filtrante realizzato con griglie in acciaio inox
  • AISI 430 elettrosaldate tipo MS o ML
