Conveyor magnetic separators “SM”

They separate automatically ferrous pieces mixed withnon-magnetic materials (foundry, soil, lignite, debris, klinker,variuos minerals, fertilizers, etc.).

By using ferrite and Neodymium permanent magnets at high Hc it can be obtained megnetic field nearly as strong as the ones obtained by corresponding electromagnet separators offering at the same time the following advantages:

  • No consumption of energy
  • Constant and pratically inexhaustible magnetic fields
  • A guarantee of never-ending performance as the magnetic field cannot break off
  • Minimum maintenance, only for mechanical components
  • Motorization
    * Standard with electromotor
    * On request with hydraulic motor
