The pressure type electromagnetic filters FPL are used for de-ironizing of enamles and slips and are installed on the outlet of the pumps, with the inlet of theinferior hose fitting avoiding therefore, the failure of electrical energy, the pollution of the material already treated.

The FPL filters run on direct current on a very low tension from the relative switchboard

CHARATTERISTICS:

• Stainless steel structure with pressure capacity of 10 bar (on request up to 20 bar);
• All parts that are in contact with the product are made in stainless steel AISI 304;
• Inlet material on the inferior part;
• Cover is removable for the extraction of the casing filter;
• The casing filter has grids in stainless steel AISI 430 electro-welded type MS or ML (MS for density uo to 1,65 kg. dm³)
  (ML for density over 1,65 kg. dm³);
• Winding in class H dipped in resins;
• Supply tension 55/100 V CC;
• Protection grade IP 66;
• Painted in the colour RAL 5012.
